Refund policy

  • We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. 

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • EU Right of Withdrawal

 

  • If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at [your contact email/address]. You may use the return request option in your customer account.

  • If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

  • Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


  • Exchanges 

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


  • Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
